Chris was born in the mean streets of Hong Kong.  Fleeing to America after he killed a man in a fight, he developed Jeet Kun Do, the way of the Intercepting...

Okay, that's Bruce Lee.  What was MY story again?  Oh, yeah.

Chris was born at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis Mo.  He worked as a restaurant manager and Pre School teacher before writing his first novel in 2013.  He attended SIU Edwardsville but never received a degree other than teacher certification.

His literary influences are myriad, and include--but are not limited to--Stephen Brust, Mercedes Lackey, Roger Zealazny, Mark Twain, William Shakesepeare, Suzzanne Collins, Joel Roberson, Fred Saberhagen, Robert Asprin, Emma Bull, and Frank Herbert.

He remains single as of this writing, and is searching for that special woman who can drain his soul slowly over a period of decades, so when she finally destroys him he'll be dried up and useless anyway.
